So the first question you might have is, “since when do dogs write blogs?”
The second question might be, “since when can dogs write?”
Well, my dad introduced his previous best friend dog, a golden retriever name Riley, to computers many many years ago. Riley wrote lots of stories on his personal laptop, right up until the end. It sounds kindof sad, but my dad says it was the best thing he ever let Riley do, because after Riley passed away, and dad’s whole world was shattering, he started reading. He went back and re-read 10 years of blog posts about all the fun amazing stuff they did, and it replaced all the bad recent memories with lots and lots of good memories. He said it was the most healing thing he ever did.
So one day we were out in the yard and dad started talking to me about blogging and computers and stuff. I listened very closely and only ate a couple of leaves while he talked.
After we went back inside, dad pulled a laptop out of the closet and showed it to me. He helped me create this page and showed me how to upload a photo. Then he sat back to see what would happen.
So naturally I tried to chew off the corner of the laptop.
That was wrong.
So tried another corner.
That was also wrong.
Turns out you aren’t allowed to eat the laptop at all.
As you can tell though, I did figure it out. However, since I’d been with them for a couple of months before I got the laptop, I’m having to back-fill a couple of postings to catch up. Fortunately, dad had been posting pictures on this thing called Facebook, and I figured out his password. So I’m shamelessly grabbing photos from there and recreating the appropriate entries here. That way the story will be complete.
